Useful reports include the product name or ASIN, the wording that appears inaccurate, the date observed, and a link to the current manufacturer or retailer evidence. Do not send passwords, order numbers, private veterinary records, or other sensitive information. Product purchases, shipping, returns, and refunds must be handled with the retailer or seller shown on the order.
A correction request is evaluated against the evidence level used on the page. Catalog identity, manual instructions, general animal-care guidance, and editorial interpretation are kept separate so a change in one category does not silently become a broader claim. We may remove an unsupported statement while stronger evidence is being checked.
